»What are the steps for ordering online?

Add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

Your shopping cart is on the right side of the menu bar. Click on the shopping cart button to:

- The next step towards completing the order

· Change the quantity of each product ordered, or delete products from the cart;

· View the price and quantity of the chosen products;

When you want to complete the order, click the "Next Step" button. This step will take you to a window where you will fill in your personal data, delivery address, you will choose how to pay and ship the products. After completing all this information, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once completed, this data will remain recorded in your account and you will not need to enter it again in case of a new order, unless you want to change it (example: another delivery address).


»How do I create an account?

Click on the Create Account button and fill in the fields with your last name, first name, e-mail address and choose a password for the new account. Then press the "Create Account" button again and you will soon receive a confirmation message on the e-mail address you used to register.

»How do I pay and how is the delivery made?

For the products purchased on www.tirshop.ro you have at your disposal the following payment methods:

· Payment in cash / refund upon delivery of the package, if you choose delivery by express courier or personal pick-up from one of the pick-up points available on the order completion page.

Before sending the order, the shopping cart will calculate and display the estimated value of the shipping costs;

· For orders from abroad, payment can be made only with payment order according to the proforma invoice, only after the total (products + transport) has been confirmed by e-mail by the customer.


»What is the minimum value I can order?

There is no minimum order value, instead our store reserves the right to refuse orders whose information is incomplete.

»How to proceed with the orders?

Orders are taken and processed as soon as possible, no later than one business day from receipt of the order for products in stock, or a longer period of time for products that are not in stock and come to order. The products are processed in the following intervals:

A. Products in stock - one working day;

B. Custom products - between 1 and 21 working days;

These are honored in the order of entry, within the available stock. Although the availability of each product is checked and updated daily, there is still the possibility of ordering a product that is no longer in stock. In this case, when you take the order, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to confirm the cancellation or partial delivery of the order. In special situations (peak periods, vacations, etc.) there may be delays in order processing and delivery operations. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.


»What about my personal data?

In accordance with the privacy policy, we may provide third parties with certain generic data contained in the registration form, but not personally identifiable information, unless expressly accepted by you or required to comply with the law. and court proceedings.


»If the displayed price is different from the actual price?

The prices of the products on our site are expressed in lei, include VAT (19% for products and services) and are valid subject to human input errors. If you ordered a product with the wrong displayed price, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to validate the order in the new conditions.

»Delivery methods

Fast courier delivery

The package will go to the address mentioned in the order and will be handed personally to the recipient by the courier.

Your contact details will be written on the package, necessary in case the courier cannot easily reach the mentioned destination. It is therefore important to communicate to us, in the order form, a telephone number where the courier can contact you in case of need.

Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next day (24h)

Monday - Friday: Orders placed after 16:00 will be delivered in 1-2 days (48h)

Throughout the year, the delivery interval mentioned above is in force for the products with delivery from the tirshop.ro stock, except for the periods with a very large volume of orders where the delivery term will be modified.

The products with delivery from the stock of the suppliers we collaborate with are shipped in a longer interval.

The data provided above are indicative, for a concrete information we ask you to always check the shopping cart (after you have selected the way in which you want the package to be sent).

Also, after completing the order, a confirmation message will be sent to the indicated e-mail address .

What are the delivery charges?


The displayed values include VAT. This delivery fee will be added to the value of the order, so that the price paid to the courier to take possession of the package will represent the cost of the order, plus the delivery costs.


Our store also offers the "Same day delivery" service at an additional cost, which involves same day order delivery in Bucharest, for orders registered until 14:00
